MLS RETS DATA FEED

RETS server is compliant with Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) standards, server version 1.x. Data can be presented in either STANDARD-XML, COMPACT or COMPACT-DECODED formats. Transactions will be accepted and processed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with restrictions on the volume of data that can be requested and transmitted during the ‘normal’ business day.

Data available through the RETS server will be limited to content the Board or MLS approves and will not contain any security information such as Usernames and/or Passwords.
