xml-rss.gifReally Simple Syndication (RSS or Rich Site Summary) is an XML-based format for content distribution.

XML or RSS feeds are a way of having notifications of our latest information delivered straight to your desktop. Operating in much the same way as a subscription service, all of the MLS listings, New Construction Projects and News are available through our RSS feeds.

Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an increasingly popular way for people to collect updated information from various Web sites. Many news organizations, blogs, and other sites provide RSS "feeds" that are picked up by RSS readers such as personalized home pages. Using RSS saves you the trouble of making the same search over and over.

To take advantage of our RSS feed you need to have a dedicated news reader. This is a piece of software that checks RSS feeds and lets you read any new publications and releases that have been added. There are many different versions, some of which are accessed using your browser, and some of which are applications that you have to download and install.

Once you have a news reader you can then choose which RSS feeds to which you wish to subscribe. You can subscribe to an RSS feed whereever you see the RSS or XML logo (see above). If you click on the button you can subscribe to the feed in various ways, including by dragging the URL of the RSS feed into your news reader or by cutting and pasting the same URL into a new feed in your news reader.

Full information on how to subscribe to our feed can be found on the site of your chosen News Reader.
How will RSS feeds help me?
RSS saves you time and bandwidth. Instead of having to visit a web site over and over for updates, you can use RSS to have the news come directly to your RSS reader.
